This product is recommended by leading ENT's and allergists. My nose says thank you every day and my health has been so much better. I just want to end by saying this powder is very gentle and soothing when used. It does not sting or cause any irritation. easy to mix and does a great job with my sinus aire pump. Made some up for the little sprayer that comes with it. Gave to neighbor she loves it. Ok, I was getting close to the time to re order this but I started to think that the price was a bit high for 200 grams of salt. So I researched on the web and found this home made recipe. 2 parts salt to 1 part baking soda. I made up a batch in a small mason jar. I added 1/2 cup salt and 1/4 cup baking soda at a time and then put cap on and shook it to mix then added next part and repeated until full. My home made works just as well and costs about 75 cents for 200 grams

OK, here's my problem: when I recieved this product it was rock hard inside. The salt had to be broken apart. It was so hard I couldn't even do it with the bottom of a spoon, so I used a knife. Well, it turns out that there is a silica gel packet at the bottom which I punctured and let out all the little silica BBs. Obviously I couldn't use it after that... I'm thinking I might keep the bottle. So yeah, I ended up with a $14.95 200ml bottle.

This is the best powdered saline that I have found for the price. Yes, you can make your own, but this is extremely convenient and the blend is extremely soothing to my sinuses. I used this consistently in the past, but decided to try a different type of system that used pods. I can’t believe how much better this works compared to that system when I went back to using this.

I like this product. I use it with my sinus rinse equipment. The product mixes clear with water. There are no globs of unmixed powder. The price with the 200 to 300 units of powder is very cost effective when compared to the premixed versions.
