The pen has great battery life and a good grip with replaceable nibs. The app is complete garbage, they forced mobile app usage now that their windows app isn't supported anymore. Advertised external syncing no longer exists essentially.

Great product that I hope is around long enough to work through their backlog. I’d love to see the ability to write on a ny paper even for less pages.Thickness of pen and smoothness of writing was great - even for. Picky pen user like myself.App is not great but does the job - likely needs an update.Have enjoyed using it - but did not consider the lack of in person meetings vs zoom meetings taken with headphones. Will look for more opportunities for use because I love the execution and idea so much.

I love it so much, I use it everyday. It is really easy to take notes and see it in the app. I am not completely satisfied with the ability of the app to read my notes and add to the calendar. I am not happy about limitation of colors in the app.

I liked the price, the weight and feel of the pen.

pen could not hold charge after two months, customer service made me go through hoops by asking for pictures, videos etc. only to end up with sorry but the pen doesn't work and we will not do anything about it.they told me they know this is a common problem! so my choices are to BUY a new pen or switch to someone else.Well the choice has been made easy for me since this company knows about the problem and is not willing to resolve it why buy another one just to run into the same problem again.Very disappointing.

If you use the same type of notebook, the writing will overlap on the digital version. App does not let you separate the writing on iOS, only on Android. So if you have an iOS device, and want to write in two notebooks, all your notes will overlap and you will not be able to separate the digital versions. It makes the digital version illegible and useless.

Have a Neo smartpen that was great while it worked....no longer connects to their Neo Note or Neo Studio apps , their only recommendation is to buy a new one.I wasted my money and hope others don't fall into the same trap. Avoid this company and their products at all cost.
