Perfect blend of style and functionality
This storage ottoman is beautiful! It is heavy, and seems to be made from quality materials. I love the wood piece next to the lid-- I always have a drink in my hand, and I can set my drink on it when I put on my shoes. Honestly, this piece is so pretty that it could easily be used as a coffee table/ottoman. Assembly was easy, took me less than 20 minutes. All the pre-drilled holes were in the right spots.

Beautiful, functional, would recommend!
The media could not be loaded. I watched a video on how to put it together because I saw reviews that mentioned having trouble with the bottom bars and having to force them in. I had no trouble putting it together on my own with the tools that it came with.I love the final product and would highly recommend it! There’s a lot of storage space in the bench but the only shoes of mine that fit on the bar were low stuff like slip on vans. I personally wasn’t going to use it for shoes so it didn’t make a difference for me.I would’ve loved to have a black bench with walnut finish but only the cream color bench had that option and I preferred black. Still very nice in all black.

Nice looking mid century modern bench with storage
Easy to assemble, came well packaged, legs seem to be a slightly different stain than the small table top but still looks good. Fabric is soft but not overly, so it can be in more masculine spaces. Great bench for taking off shoes with some under storage and hidden cubby storage.
