he Sony WH-CH720NB headphones have been awesome! The sound quality is clear and well-balanced, with good bass without being overwhelming. The noise canceling works really well for blocking out background sounds, whether I’m at home, commuting, or in a noisy cafe. These headphones were actually stolen from me but I loved them so much that I had to buy another pair. They’re super comfortable to wear for long periods, and the battery life is impressive—I can go a full day of use without worrying about charging. Pairing with my devices via Bluetooth was easy and reliable, and the controls on the headphones are intuitive.Overall, these are a fantastic pair of wireless headphones that deliver great sound, comfort, and noise canceling at a solid price. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality over-ear headphones.

These headphones are lightweight, comfortable to wear for long periods, and have great noise cancellation, even when the noise cancelling feature is turned off. I like the app, and I especially like how the audio levels can be manually adjusted for a fully customized EQ setting. Great battery life as well. I tested these against a pair of Beats Studio3’s, and while the Beats had features that these don’t such as being able to fold up and including a case, I still found these Sony’s to be far better in terms of comfort, sound quality, and noise cancellation. I am very happy with these.

I’ve been using the Sony WH-CH720NB headphones for a few weeks and overall they’ve been a great value. The biggest strengths are comfort and weight — they’re some of the lightest over-ear headphones I’ve tried, which makes them easy to wear for long stretches without discomfort. Battery life is excellent (close to the advertised 35 hours), and USB-C quick charging is convenient. The Sony Headphones Connect app adds useful features like multipoint pairing, EQ customization, and decent ANC/ambient sound control. Sound quality is balanced with a warm tilt, making them pleasant for music, podcasts, and daily use. That said, there are a few trade-offs. The materials feel more budget-plastic than premium, and the padding isn’t as plush as higher-end models. Noise cancellation is good for voices and higher-pitched sounds but doesn’t fully block deeper rumbles like engines. At high volume or with very layered tracks, the sound can get a little muddy, though EQ tweaks help. They also don’t fold and come without a case, so portability isn’t ideal. Overall, if you want lightweight, comfortable wireless headphones with solid ANC, long battery life but sometimes only lasts not even the 32 hours, and customizable sound at a reasonable price, these are easy to recommend. Not perfect, but for the cost they’re excellent — I’d rate them 4 out of 5 stars.

I have used this for travel primarily. The sound quality and canceling is great Originally had shipping issue with the product but seller was helpful in assisting to get replacement. For the price of this product versus others, you can’t go wrong and won’t be disappointed. I use on trains and flights primarily. Does a fantastic job blocking out sound, conversation, and allows for tranquility! It is light weight and easy to pair and charge. Only thing I don’t like about it is the lack of comfort when wearing around my neck when not in use, it seems to be tight, squeeze, and hit in all the wrong places. Be sure to order a case for it and problem solved.

It connects to two Bluetooth devices at once so I can quickly switch from music on my iPhone to television sound track. Sound optimized with the phone app was very good. Unfortunately, headphones don’t survive a dunking in the bathtub. When I went to reorder, the price for this headphones was jacked up almost $100 so I upgraded and bought a higher end pair. I wish I hadn’t. This pair sounds better, is easier to pair and use, and the controls are much better. I don’t know what price you will find these for, but if they fit your budget, I highly recommend them. I wish I still had them. Don’t think of them as just a noise canceling earphone, they are a great pair of headphones period.

Switching from earphones . These noise canceling headphones work great. Can't cancel all noise but does a good job. Feels comfortable over ear. Phone quality good but I haven't used it a lot. Better than my monster earphones though. Sounds. I thought sound was very good. Music. Movies all had improved sound over previous earphones I've used. Comfort and sound qualities much improved. And Sony has great products.

OK, what can I say about this model? It’s not the best it’s not the worst. There’s definitely better models for a headset in the market but this one is really great if you’re a student or you wanna just listen to some audiobooks, they’re great but if you wanna listen to music and pump up the volume they’re canceling part doesn’t work that much but they’re great for other stuff so if you wanna buy them and you’re in a budget they’re great definitely recommend but if you have a higher budget, get a better headset
