I've tried dozens of versions of blue dyes over the 30 years I've been doing this. I am an expert in blue hair. (Everything from pastel to deep cobalt, I've had it) When I went to use this one, I found it to be a thick, purple, gelatinous goo. No blue showing at all on the paper test and zero coverage on my bleached hair.
