Past skeleton watches I've ordered on Amazon has that sketchy "Wish" quality about it (usually around $20ish), usually with a broken hand, strap, or just no longer works within a few months tops. It has a striking look that prompts compliments. The timekeeping gains close to a minute a day, and apparently it's common for a mechanical watch to be slightly off track. As other reviewers have noted, the automatic function doesn't work, no matter how active you are. I bought an automatic winder on Amazon, but returned it when it couldn't wind the watch (seemed like the watch's fault and not the stand-alone auto winder).
