Tiny little breeze, not very effective
This thing whizzes round very fast when hot, no problem at all there. It clasps onto the flue with good strong magnets and feels very sturdy. But—I don't know if it's the design of the blades, or what—it seems to shift hardly any air! You can hold the palm of your hand out in front of it as it's whizzing round at 100mph, and barely feel the tiniest breeze. The noise isn't too bad, but can be a bit distracting if trying to enjoy gentle music; it just seems pointless to have it humming away for so little benefit. Can't recommend it.

I bought this as a present so can only repeat what I have been told. Fitted really well and started to work straight away, but not sure if it makes much of a difference

Amazing!
I'd been looking at one of these for a while for my partners parents however due to their fire it was really hard to find one that would fit. This attached straight to the chimney and once it got hot enough it started whizzing round! Great addition for them, and a great price! Can't fault it.
