Description

Two groundskeepers, Mordecai (a six-foot-tall blue jay) and Rigby (a hyperactive raccoon), are best friends who spend their days trying to entertain themselves by any means necessary. Their everyday pursuits often lead to things spiralling out of control and into the surreal: portals to other dimensions are opened, arcade-game demons are summoned, and co-workers are sent to the moon. They found it very funny. It is the only programme from their younger years that I truly enjoyed. Review: SO FUNNY!!! - Okay, let me start by saying, this IS a childrens' cartoon, but...it is SO FUNNY, it can be enjoyed equally by adults - and by adults, I'm talking about men and women who still appreciate a good laugh. 😁 Mordecai - a bluejay - and his best friend, Rigby -a raccoon - are two slackers working for the local park. Their boss - Vincent - is a walking bubblegum machine and the other cast of characters are: Pops - a very old man with a GIANT round head who is absolutely innocent and -apparently - immortal. Skips - a yeti-like character who is wise beyond his many, many years, always keeping our duo in check with his advice...oh and he IS immortal. Muscleman - a Frankenstein's creature-looking character who is basically a redneck and loves pranks and causing trouble - and he is best friends with... High-Five Ghost - fondly just called, 'Fives'...this little ghost character has a hand sticking out of his head. He and Muscleman are inseparable. I was absolutely hooked on this show after the very first episode. Rigby is basically the 'naughty boy' of the show and his best friend Mordecai gets pulled along with him. Absolutely hilarious.
