Frank Lloyd Wright Tree of Life Cotton Tapestry Throw Blanket

This was purchased as a replacement for another F. L W. throw that was about 10 yrs old & very worn out because I used it all the time. Wasn't sure if this new one would be as good (sometimes workmanship declines over the years). Although this new one is a bit thinner than the original, I fell in love with it after the first day & it's my reading companion most evenings.It also matches my living room upholstery even better than the first one. Extremely happy camper!

Over 7 years ago I bought another Frank Lloyd Wright throw of a different pattern. It was lush, with full soft fringe, and very cuddly. I ordered this one thinking it would be the same quality. Wrong! It was very skimpy fabric weave, hardly any fringe and what was there was coarse and bristly, not at all soft. I don't know if the manufacturers changed or their quality control has gone to pot...but I sure am sorry to see these beautiful throws not representative of the fine work of FLW.

A little scratchy feel, and a bit loosely woven. Looks good though.

It is a nice blanket and just what my wife wanted... Not sure how one generates enough words to review a blanket... I guess one just rattles on..

It was a gift and the recipient is thrilled and a huge fan.. It's a nice size and is soft.

Really well made- My wife loves to snuggle up on the couch with this-plenty big, beautiful pattern -looks great across the back of the couch in our craftsman style living room. Very happy
