This set is for cleaning small ports on printers. It's smaller than it seems but all the parts appear in good shape and capable of doing the task.

It's a very well made and useful kit. I tried 0.3 mm needles for my printer's 0.4 mm nozzle before and found them too loose (I'm new to 3D printing but already managed to clog the nozzle by playing with settings and switching from PLA to PET-G and back again). These ones have the exact size and fit perfectly.Be aware that low quality nozzles can vary in aperture diameter but it isn't the problem of this kit. I have a bunch of spare 0.4 mm nozzles from different manufacturers and aperture in some of them (about 2 from 10) is too small. Needles don't pass through them but as I said the reason is the quality of the nozzles. The original nozzle in my printer is absolutely compatible with the needle. I believe I can also use those needles to separate the good spare nozzles from the bad ones.Tweezers are very good to. The ones that come with my printer are flat and these ones are pointed that is useful sometimes.

I wish these came standard eith printers. Id have known about them from the get go. These are top notch and save a lot of un-necessary work. Ill def be buying more of these.

Excellent value here; these tweezers are perfect for battling oozing/stringing. I print mostly PETG which is notoriously stringy. Having this around makes it a breeze to keep that first layer blob free. I haven't used the needles as much but the springiness and strength of the steel allows it to move around tight spaces such as squeezing in between the bed and nozzle. The 'curled' handles facilitate easy articulation with the fingers.

Many times, when I purchase tools for my shop, I wind up disliking the first couple of products I've purchased. This can be due to materials the tools are made from, their lack of versatility or a myriad of other issues. This was not the case for this 3D Printer Nozzle Cleaning Kit.I was pleasantly surprised that the product came well packaged and in its own reusable storage tube. The spring needles cleaned my 3D Printer nozzle and the extruder gears quickly and efficiently. The precision tweezers are much more useful than I expected and are made out a durable, yet flexible material.All in all, I highly recommend this product for all your 3D Printer extruder and nozzle maintenance needs. Springdale is an excellent seller that shipped my product to me quickly and well protected. This is a must have for any 3d printing enthusiast of any level, from novice to professional.

I bought these because a 3d printing expert recommended it, but I dont really think theyre that necessary.I have used them a couple times, but honestly youre better off just replacing the clogged nozzle, they're pretty cheap.
