1st Birthday Decoration
I used these paper garland dots as decoration around the birthday banners and it was a perfect color scheme for the birthday banner (also found on Amazon). They were packaged well and easy to immediately pull out and hang. We didn’t have to deal with any untangling. They are made of a thick card stock material. I love what thsese added to our birthday display.
