Definitely Delicious
I enjoy the mild flavor, the absence of the pesticide residue that bite that comes from chemicals sprayed on the coffee beans. For me, it’s an excellent flavor and paired well with my Breville Bambino espresso maker.. You can actually enjoy a Clean cup of coffee. Of course I add monk fruit as a sweetener A little French vanilla and A 2 half and half as I also enjoy French vanilla and caramel lattes. My expresso machine makes almost anything.. I highly recommend it with this coffee. For those who are interested enjoy!

Great taste, quality, and price
Look I’m all for quality and like a blonde roast. I would love to see mold free but having said that this coffee has not given me any issues. It tastes great. I use it in my second hand breville espresso machine and it works well and tastes great. I’m cheap and I shopped around before coming across this mix. I also like that the beans have a matte finish and aren’t coated in an oily unknown substance. I’d recommend this product for quality for the price.

Coffee worth a try.
This is a very nice medium roast Peruvian coffee, great for pour over brewing. Delicious aroma from the bag of beans and from the fresh brewed results as well.Flavor is slightly on the mild side of medium roast and comes up best when your beans are freshly ground for each pot.I’m buying my second bag today.

Made to cold brew!
I tried this stuff and, speaking a bit hyperbolically, it was awful. I hot brewed it in a French press, fresh ground with a burr grinder, distilled water, my usual routine. Honestly, it was very acidic and not tasty. Maybe, this is your thing, but it wasn’t mine. I should try that again and add to this review. So, I put the bag in the fridge and kind of forgot about it until I was dialing in my cold brew game. I thought ‘if it’s no good, I’ll just hot brew my usual beans in the morning.’ The rest was pure Serendipity. This coffee is a miracle when cold brewed! It’s bright and refreshing, strong chocolate notes with some citrus flavors, it’s creamy and smooth. Be warned, it is high octane, but it is so delicious. This is my go-to cold brew, hands down. My coworkers all love it, but they say it makes them jittery. If you don’t cold brew, you should, it’s actually really easy. Mine sits at room temp all day, into the fridge overnight, then French press in the AM. There are plenty of online guides to it. Again, distilled water helps bring out the flavor and I actually add a tiny pinch of sea salt which sweetens it a little. Love it.

Quality Flavor
This whole bean coffee is very good. It is easy to control how strong you would like to make your cup of joe. In my opinion, this coffee has good flavor and is reasonably priced. Always delivered and arrives quickly. Recommend.

BAIT & SWITCH? Peru beans went from A+ to C- in my esteem.
I ordered a few different bags (variety) of coffee beans from Mt. Comfort, to see if I could find a good coffee bean for a good price. All were pretty good, and I liked the Peru beans a lot (4.8/5)! I ordered more, and signed up for subscribe & save. After using a few bags of Peru beans, I got a bag that I noticed the flavor changed, and was not as good as it had been. I tried a couple more bags, in case it was an anomaly, but the quality of those first few bags has not returned. The only variable in my situation is the beans. I tried a local Roaster’s single origin bean, and my brew was back to tasting delicious, albeit expensive. I tried Mt. Comfort’s Costa Rica beans (again), and they also aren’t as good as the first bag I got. What are my options? I’ve tried blending different beans together when I’ve got beans that aren’t quite as good as expected, and sometimes I end up getting decent coffee. But, I don’t like that a bean I found and REALLY liked, was consistently excellent for several months, has now changed dramatically into something I don’t recognize, or even like much. The bag looks the same, but the coffee is NOT!
