This torch started igniting infrequently as soon as the warranty was over. I was very disappointed. But I contacted them and they sent me a replacement the following day. I was impressed with this extended warranty service. I will definitely recommend these products. My new torch works perfectly and gets a lot of use. I think it is more important to have gotten good communication with a defective product and speedy replacement. I really appreciate that considering the times we are living in. Highly recommend.

Good but not suitable for my job

Excellent mini torch for creme brulee, etc! Works first time. Super easy to fill. Honestly, a delightfully beautiful touch to use for any occasion where it's needed!

DO NOT PURCHASEI do not recommend this for safety reasons! I filled the torch (No directions but I have had torches before so O knew how) and let it rest. I turned the butane on low and clicked the start button. The flame was not consistent, going from a short to a long flame irradically and when I turn the butane off (that is the only way to stop the flame) it continued to burn until all of the butane was burned up. Very unsafe, I will never use it again

The first one I ordered, the color was exactly what I ordered. The last two were nowhere close to the aesthetic that I was using them for. Overall, it is a good product, but they need to either remove the color options that they don't have or make more to meet demand.

I’ve paid double the price for inferior torches. This one is top notch. Heats very fast while providing a thin, quiet flame. Easy to start, adjust. Simply turn it completely the opposite direction to turn off. Light weight. I used it regularly yet only seem to fill it every 5 days.

This is a 5 star product if the igniter worked. You have to push it 50 million times to get a flame, so keep a disposable lighter on hand to help get it going. It is all metal and feels like quality and not plastic junk. 5 stars if the igniter worked. 3 stars based on construction, materials and function after you manage to get a flame.
