Then you feel the heat, which makes it that rare combination that looks good and works well.High winds, rain and snow have not touched this heater. I did get replacement following e.mails with Great Sense within 3 days. The fire is superb giving good radiant heat as well as lighting the garden .Greatly admired by neighbours. Only fault was 4 holes which are pre drilled in middle section platform (where ignition is) were not the right size for the bolts supplied which was extremely frustrating.
