Really good and gets all the bobbles off cashmere and acrylic jumpers so they look revived. Easy to recharge, loads of battery charge. Only issue was it was quite difficult to get the top off to empty. Managed to solve that so all good

I bought this because several of my jumpers had really bad pilling, and since then I've been using it on every bobbly item I own. Synthetic, wool, cashmere — it handles them all without damaging the fabric, which is honestly the most important thing. Does it work? Yes. Is it fast? Absolutely not. Stubborn bobbles need multiple passes, and if you're dealing with open-knit or lace-stitch jumpers, you'll need to go over the same area quite a few times. Tightly-knit jumpers are much quicker. I spent about 25 minutes on one particularly bad jumper, so don't expect speed. I've tried faster fabric shavers in the past, and they nearly always caught threads and ruined my garments. This one doesn't. It's slow and gentle, which means it's safe. I've actually started treating it as an oddly relaxing activity — switch off your brain, listen to the white noise, and just focus on the action. Not something you want to do when you're in a rush, though. The practicalities: it's compact, very light, rechargeable via USB (no annoying batteries), and the charge lasts a long time. It's also quite quiet. It comes with a small brush to help with cleaning, which is useful because the container is on the small side and fills up quickly, so you'll be emptying it often. Two annoyances: the lid is difficult to open, and you need to be careful not to use too much force or you might break it. Also, it's not the most comfortable to hold for long periods, which matters when you're spending 20+ minutes on one item. Bottom line: it does the job well and doesn't damage fabric, which is the main thing. It's a bit overpriced given the small container and fiddly lid, but if you want something safe and effective for bringing tired knitwear back to life, this works.

At last, a de-bobbler that WORKS! I’ve bought so many of the usual shape battery powered ones over the years and they’ve all been rubbish. I’ve waited a couple of months to try it out before writing a review, and I can say this is really effective, easy to use and safe on more delicate thin-knit jumpers as well as chunkier ones. Really happy I can keep my favourite sweaters looking fresh so easily and quickly. It’s great that it’s rechargeable, saving money and waste buying & throwing away batteries. An excellent product!

Brilliant bubble take off machine. Sooo easy to use and jumpers like new afterwards. Recommend it!

Not a bad de-fuzzer, but if you’ve got relatively small hands then don’t bother. It’s designed by men obvs! Plus the tiny brush to clear it is so small it gets lost inside the body. It’s also very difficult to open to remove the fuzz without breaking your nails. It works quite well but it does take a very long time. One positive is that the charge does last a long time.

This lint shaver works very well while being lightweight and portable. Works on all kinds of materials from bedding to jumpers and the design of the product means the waste is collected well and is easy to dispose of. The only improvements I would make is to make the surface area of the shaving surface larger to cover larger bedding more effectively, but this is an excellent product overall.

Works brilliantly, easy to use except opening it to empty is very difficult as have rheumatoid arthritis. Only downside!

I've tried a few products to get rid of bobbles on clothing over the years and most do an adequate job. The Philips 1000 however is fat superior to everything else I have used! With minimal effort it removed 100% of bobbles from the items I used it on - A delicate pair of trousers my daughter had looked near enough new, whilst other products didn't really work on them!

Works exceptionally. Hint: use a rounded ball or headphones case just under the area you work on. This speeds up the process 400%.

J'ai pris la version avec recharge USB pour ne pas être ennuyée par les piles et pour l'instant je ne regrette pas. Le rasoir est super efficace sur les bouloches de laine/cashemere. J'ai ravivé mon manteau et deux pulls en laines en quelques minutes. J'avais peur que ce soit un gadget mais pas du tout, c'est un indispensable et le résultat est impeccable. Enfin, l'objet est très satisfaisant à utiliser, ce qui peut faire naître des lubies de rasage de bouloches chez certains :')

Ürünü aldığım gibi tüylenen kazak ta denedim , bi tutam tiftik çıktı ve sonuç süper. Çalışması biraz gürültülü gibi ama kullandıkça kulak sese alışıyor. 6 bıçaklı ve şarjlı olması güzel. Tutuşu da rahat. Memnun kalınca iki tane aldım.

Ho acquistato il Philips Serie 1000 Levapelucchi per rinnovare maglioni e capi che nel tempo tendevano a formare pallini e pelucchi, e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative per praticità e risultati. Il dispositivo è semplice da usare ma molto efficace: in pochi passaggi elimina i pelucchi in modo uniforme, restituendo ai tessuti un aspetto più ordinato e “rinnovato”. L’ho provato soprattutto su maglioni in lana e felpe, e la differenza si vede subito. La ricarica USB è un grande vantaggio: niente pile da sostituire, si ricarica facilmente come un piccolo dispositivo moderno e questo lo rende molto comodo anche per l’uso quotidiano. È leggero e maneggevole, quindi non affatica durante l’utilizzo.
