Love it
This is such the perfect set. It comes with both size small and large, which is convenient for different stages of your period when your cervix moves (mine definitely does). The steamer is such a great addition to sanitize the cups. Itโs small and compact so itโs easy to store and travel with. The extra accessories are a bonus! Iโve read comments about it being uncomfortable and Iโve definitely experienced that in the past with other cups, but these arenโt uncomfortable at all. I donโt feel it at all. I do think the silicone is a tad stiffer than brands like saalt, but itโs still soft and easy to maneuver. Itโs been a minute since using cups, so Iโm sure it will be a bit of a learning curve, but Iโm committed to this! I highly recommend!

2nd purchase after about 10 years! You wont be disappointed!
This is my second round of purchasing these. I originally bought about 10 years back, and it was starting to fall apart, so it was time to repurchase. I appreciate the sterilizer that comes with this, as boiling is tough to do. I stand behind the durability of their products and look forward to another long stint with their cups! They fit nice and mold well after a quick wash/round in the sterilizer. I havent had many leaks with these and I work long hours where I cant always get a chance to empty it out, so im thankful for the ability to use these for longer durations without worry of destroying my undergarments.

Steamer yes, cups no unless you have lips of steel
I bought the bundle so I'll taste the pieces. 1) sterilizer is amazing. A 10+ year cup user who's been boiling on the stove and now I can toss that out and be more discreet. It heats up and goes through the cycle quickly. It does stay wet inside the steamer for a while so leave it open to dry out. Your cup will also be damp. So it probably doesn't get as hot as when boiling. 2) the extras: the cup wipe is a nice size but I prefer alcohol wipes for the cleaning power (just let the cup dry before inserting). I found the wipes only wiped and ripped easily as they're biodegradable. I'm not going to use the cup lube, I can insert without that help. I did not use the packet "sterilizer" for travel. 3) the cups- they came sealed together in one package, inside each other, which I wish they were in separate sealed packages. I'd say they're large and medium compared to what I have from another brand. I used the large, as that was closer to what I've been using.....OMG I about died. The stem on this is short and end in a convex stem that creates a sharp lip. That is the issue as the shortness makes it sit in sensitive bits. I could adjust but once I started moving the cup shifted to where it would go and it hurt like crazy. I wrore it to the office and thankfully came home at noon and it came out ASAP. I do NOT recommend the cup until they change that design. The silicone thickness is great though, it pops open like it should. Only use the cups if you have lips of steel. 4) customer service- I tested they're satisfaction guarantee and it's legit. I requested a partial refund for the cups, as I'm keeping the steamer, and they are processing it for me. Pic and video are of the 4 brands I've recently bought to see size and flexibility

Steamer: 10/10; cups: 6/10
Update: Iโm updating my review. After I posted it someone from the company kindly reached out to me and offered me either a refund or that they would send me one of their discs for free to try because they felt it might be a better fit for me. I had never considered the disc before but I was going to buy a different cup anyway so I figured why not try the disc too since it was no risk. Just their offer was kind enough to warrant an updated review but I wanted to wait until I tried the disc so I could see how that went and it is amazing. If youโre struggling with comfort or leakage with the cup try the disc. And a huge thanks and kudos to the company for reaching out to both ensure I was left a happy customer but also that I got something that really worked for me. Original review: The steamer is amazing, Iโm lukewarm on the cups. The steamer is super helpful. Boiling was killing my cups. As for the cups, this is my first time with this cup brand and while I like that they donโt push on my bladder as much, placing them and forming a seal is such a pain. I have to make about 6 attempts every time and if I donโt check it about 4 times I end up with a leak. I maybe had one leak in a whole year with my last cup, but like I said, that one pushed uncomfortably on my bladder. Iโm torn for now, but def love the steamer.

World's best customer service? I 100% agree with that!
I have been wanting to try a menstrual cup for about 3 years. Even more so in the last year after finding out about all the crap in our pads and tampons. I ordered the cup and sanitizer combo. (I refuse to sanitize anything that was inside my body in a pot I use for cooking!) I had heard that there is a learning curve, but I was still committed to learning something new for the sake of my health (and my wallet). When it arrived, I was nervous and excited. It felt so weird and, it took me a second to get it in. But I did it. It was so comfortable! I kind of forgot it was in there. Then it came time to take it out. I thought surely it would be easier to take out than it was to put in. That was not the case for me. Not to be dramatic or anything but at one point (don't judge me) I considered going to the ER. I of course did not go, and once I calmed down I was able to get it out. I tried again on my next period and had the same experience. I was pretty bummed out. I knew I could contact customer service, but I didn't want to deal with that. Thankfully though, I finally talked myself into it. This is how it went. 1. I called the customer service number and left a message Friday night. 2. I received a text Sunday morning asking what they could do to make it right. 3. I texted back saying I kind of wanted to try the disc. 4. They notified me my disc combo pack was on its way. That was it! Never have I ever experienced customer service that great! No, fantastic! It was such a breath of fresh air. If you're considering trying a cup or a disc, I would HIGHLY recommend Pixie! I would argue that they really do have the world's best customer service!

Must buy
Love these. Bought these to try out switching to using cups. Thought they would be to short to get out. So far no problem with it. Love that its comes with q sterilizer. Comes with some other items that come in handy. A lot cheaper for whole kit then just buying one cup at Walmart.

I thought I was purchasing a period product, not Bible study materials
I switched to a menstrual cup after seeing all the reports of toxic heavy metals in tampons. This brand looked fine and even had some cute little designs on the packaging that made it seem vaguely hippie/pagan. I was raised in a fundamentalist Christian home but am now atheist, so imagine my horror when I discovered that there is a tiny Bible verse that is only revealed when your menstrual cup is fill of period blood. As an adult, I absolutely want none of the word of god in my vagina. If this were the opposite scenario: some American flag maxi pads that revealed a pentagram when wet, there would be outrage. Itโs funny when In & Out sneaks a bible verse on the bottom of my fry tray but a device that literally goes inside my body is too far Also the first one I ordered was too big and ill fitting so I had to size down and every once in a while if I sneeze it looses its seal and blood gets everywhere

Good quality cups with steriliser
Have used menstrual cups for the past 15 years and these have been some of the best I used. No issues whatsoever and love the steriliser, brilliant add on to a good quality cup.

Good Customer Service
The sanitiser arrived faulty and would not turn on. However, Pixie customer support were really kind and understanding and immediately sent me a new one.
