Beginner‑friendly buttercream with great texture and flavour
This buttercream icing was very easy to use, even as a beginner. It has a smooth, soft consistency straight from the tub and was simple to spread and work with, without needing much preparation. I also found it mixed really well with natural food colouring, giving an even colour without affecting the texture. The icing held its shape nicely once applied and was easy to control for basic decorating. The vanilla flavour is pleasant and not overly sweet, which makes it enjoyable to eat as well as easy to decorate with. Overall, it’s a reliable, easy‑to‑use vegan buttercream that delivers great results. I’d happily recommend it, especially for those new to cake decorating.

Very tasty
My Gran was sunbathing in the back garden, and fell asleep, so me and my brothers took the tub of Soft icing and gently covered my Grans face with it, think we used the whole tub. Within 5 mins, my Grans face was covered in bees 🐝, waking her up from her sun induced sleep, my Gran ran round the garden screaming and smacking her face to remove the bees, she ended up sticking her head in the water barrel to clean her face of the bees and icing. Although Gran didn't like the icing, the bees certainly did. 😀
