Before ordering, I checked reviews and was wary about what size to order. I am 5'7, 180 lbs, and I got the medium. I wear a 36 in jeans, and am usually a medium/large t shirt. It fit well, although because I am slightly shorter, it was slightly too long for my torso. Compression works well, not a huge difference but it definitely smooths things out. It makes my hips noticeably smaller, which eliviates some dyphoria and I appreciate that as well. I think the compression could be a little better, but not so much that I would have ordered a smaller size. Fabric is comfortable and doesn't irritate my skin, and the snaps are easy to fasten.
