I absolutley love this product! I cannot take melatonin because it causes me to have horrible dreams and I would wake up feeling hungover the next day. The magnesium helps me sleep at night and offers wonderful benefits. Definitely recommend to anyone considering taking it!

I love these magnesium dietary supplements. I’ve been using it every night. It comes nice and sealed with a cotton round on top just like all I do notice a bit of a difference with helping with sleep, but since there’s seven different magnesium formulas I haven’t noticed how much difference with those yet But so far this is my second purchase and I am loving it. The size of these are pretty big. It’s easy to swallow with water. I wouldn’t recommend it without water. I love the health benefits of it. I’m just hoping the calming effect kicks in soon so far I’m gonna give it four stars just cause it helps so much with the sleep And restfulness.

Only magnesium that doesn’t give me any sides. Take 2 every night and sleep much more sound.
