In case it’s helpful, here is a bit of information I can offer. My naturopath cited several studies/research showing that Thorne products contained exactly what the product label stated. Many other brands that were included in the study contained far less of the nutrients listed. I wish I’d written down the research and testing sources. As I recall they were university-supported nutrition research studies. He has been very clear about his faith in Thorne and Vital Nutrients brands, stating one can even take lower dosages to save cost, because the product will contain exactly what is stated on the bottle. In other words, a product that is 200mg within a Thorne product may be comparable to another brand that claims to contain 300 or 500mg. He also feels strongly that Thorne products offer higher bioavailability. I’m not a scientist - but in case it helps, I wanted to offer his opinion. He’s a naturopath with decades of experience and patients remain with him for life. He hasn’t had room for new patients for ten years. He’s just that good! So, I trust his evidence and opinion. But again- I’m not a scientist :-)
