With someone who is diabetic it is crucial to ensure glucose readings are accurate. I recently bought Ultrahuman and noticed that my glucose reading was showing in the low glucose range between (65 to 67mg/dl) after a heavy meal which was very had to believe. I also had another glucose monitoring device (contour next glucometer using the finger tip) showed completely different result (108)mg/dl . This is a bit awful for certain medical conditions i wish i can attach photos to show this

The description says you will receive two sensors, however, the way the box is packaged, only one is intended. If I would have known that, I wouldn’t have purchased as it is literally double the price.

It's a great product that tells you how your body reacts to what you eat and what you do. It helps you optimize your diet, understanding the body's response. And the app interface is very exciting and colorful. Would recommend for anyone trying to make some lifestyle changes and eating healthy.

The Ultrahuman M1 has been instrumental in my weight loss journey. The performance coaches have helped me set realistic goals, develop healthy eating habits, and stay accountable. If you're looking to lose weight and improve your relationship with food, the Ultrahuman M1 is a fantastic investment.

Bad company - the whole thing is structured to rip you off. Firstly you only get one sensor not two and then the app only works for two weeks and you can’t synch another (I bought another separately). Customer service just pass you around between themselves. Trying to get you to give up. I would try to find another company.

I bought this device to track my glucose levels and see how they are affected by my food and activity choices. The device consists of a FreeStyle Libre 2 CGM sensor that I have to apply on the back of my upper arm with a needle. The sensor stays on for 14 days and measures my glucose levels every minute. The device also comes with an app that connects to the sensor via Bluetooth and shows me my glucose data in real time. The app also integrates with other health and fitness apps such as Google Fit, Strava, Apple Health, etc. The device has some interesting features that I liked. For example, it gives me a food score that tells me how well my body responds to different foods based on my glucose levels. It also gives me an activity-fueling score that tells me how much energy I have for exercise and workouts. It also provides me with nudges and suggestions to optimize my glucose levels, such as taking a walk when my glucose is high or eating a snack when it is low. The device also gives me access to digital content and a community of other users who share their experiences and tips. However, the device also has some drawbacks that I did not like. First of all, the device is very expensive. The sensor costs about £60 and lasts only for 14 days. That means I have to spend about £120 per month to keep using the device. That is too much for me to afford in the long run. Secondly, the device is not very comfortable to wear. The sensor has a needle that pierces into my muscle and sometimes causes pain or irritation. The sensor also falls off easily if I sweat or shower too much. Thirdly, the device is not very accurate. The sensor measures the glucose levels in the interstitial fluid, not in the blood. That means there is a lag of about 15 minutes between the actual blood glucose level and the sensor reading. That can be misleading or confusing sometimes. Overall, I think this device is a useful but expensive device for tracking glucose levels. It can help me understand how my food and activity choices affect my glucose levels and give me some insights and guidance to improve them. However, it also has some issues that make it less appealing for me to use regularly. It is too costly, uncomfortable, and inaccurate for me to rely on it completely. I would recommend it if you are looking for a device that can give you a snapshot of your glucose levels and their effects on your body, but be aware of the limitations and costs involved.

I bought this pack a few months ago and i can say that im very happy about the app. Sensors are Libra Life Style 2 but the app is amazing because you can add what are you eating and you will recive the blood spike in a few hours.

The app is slightly better than the freestyle app but not worth the 60 quid premium. Ridiculous amount of high end recycling cacoons the product presumably trying to justify upselling someone else’s product
