Love the quality of this remote. Simple to pair, works exactly like my OEM version and best of all, uses AAA batteries. The remote control works with my TV just like my original did and also gives me the ability to use my voice to perform my searches. If you have the original OEM shield remote and want an effective replacement, you will find that this remote makes a great replacement. I find the size comfortable to hold in my hand and while it does rely on AAA batteries, I just use rechargeable ones and when they die, I swap them out in one minute and i'm back in business.While this remote may not be as "thin" as the original, it is far more comfortable in my hand and doesn't end up falling into some nook or cranny like the original one would.

This remote is actually nicer and works better than the Hisense remote that came with my TV. Worked immediately, no programming needed. Just add batteries and it's ready to use.

Great deal. Just put batteries in and boom. New remote. Worked right out of the packaging. Even worked with my LG sound system without programming it. Only gave it 4 stars because they moved some of the buttons that I use all the time. But two remotes made almost as well as the original, can't beat that deal.

I love how interchangeable and easy to use these are. We go through remotes at a ridiculous rate because children, but these are inexpensive and work great.

Remote works good on both my LG TVs which are different models. The left arrow button works on and off but I think I’m the issue there because I got this replacement due to the same thing on the original remote lol. But had for about a year now and that’s the only issue, didn’t use the second one yet.
