Works for our dog
Borrowed a friend's harness to try as our young setter pulled like a train. This was a transformation so I ordered one for ourselves. Unfortunately although both medium fit, ours has thinner straps which I'm not happy about as I think that comfort is compromised and it rubs a bit under the dog's armpits. However it does still control him but we're not happy to use for long periods.

It works
It’s like walking a couple of chihuahuas 😁I have 2 medium size dogs who get very excited and pull a lot. My main concern was that the way they were pulling their front legs were at an angle to the floor, and I could see that years of pulling like this would not be good for their joints. And taking them for a walk was not enjoyable.Since using these harnesses, as long as you have them correctly fitted and use a very light hand they are absolutely marvellous.I can walk along in comfort holding both leads with one hand and my dogs just trot along merrily beside me.I recommended them to other dog walkers and even got a big thank you on social media 🤗

Game changer to our dog walks
This lead and harness has been a game changer for me and walking my very strong Dalmatian.Husband recently ruptured his achilles heel and has been unable to share the dog walking for 3 months, with this in mind I knew I had to find a solution to my dog pulling on walks and leaving me with a bad shoulder (something I suffer with following surgery a few years back)I researched lots of different harnesses and leads and was really close to pay a lot more for the well know brand when I discovered this one. Being fairly reasonable in price I decided to give it a go, once arrived I took time to familiarise myself with the fitting and also undertook some research around training her to walk without dragging me. Doggie treats purchased and we were off. It took a good few weeks of persistent training (it helped I could leave the kids at home with hubby so less distractions) but the results are great.The biggest test came when we went out as a family, this is often when she can pull the most as the wants to be 'upfront' with the children. But it was amazing how she responded if she tried to pull and again the treats helped reinforce this.We are now a good few months down the line and I'm still so very happy with how this all works. She needs less treats on a walk but we still do use them, particularly if passing another dog she doesn't like.Overall I would highly recommend this, but, you do need to use it as a training tool. I'm not sure our results will have been as successful had we not 'trained' with it.I use the lead and harness on a daily basis and our old harness for when I go running with her (and this is when I need her to pull me 😉 )

So far so good
Our boxer has just started to want to pull on walks, but this has corrected him really, if he does get over excited, it's easy to get him back under control and behaving. The only issue is that it squeeks a bit as the fabric rubs on the metal connectors.

Probably works better for a smaller dog
The harness itself seems to be quite comfortable for my dally , but if she decides to stop suddenly or a cat comes into view the lead cuts into your hand. I had to change it to a softer round lead.
