Review: May not fit immediately but is fine when the hole in the collar is enlarged. - I found, as others have done, that the hole in the internal rubber collar was too small to fit over the spigot projecting from the top of the valve on my radiator. This needed to be enlarged, which was not that easy as it is made of hard rubber. It is necessary first to remove this rubber collar from the plastic cap in order to gain full access to the collar. I tried, initially, to enlarge the hole with a small diameter circular section file. This was unsuccessful. I then used a small triangular section file and eventually I managed to enlarge the hole sufficiently. The collar could then be pushed over the spigot and the plastic cap could then be placed on top of the collar. It was then fine. Description states 15x5x10 cm but that sounds massive!** A: Don't have measurements but they are not centimetres. Will fit most valves. As mentioned by another customer, you might have to enlarge the washer inside the cap. **Q: how white are they? Do they stay white?** A: Brilliant white and mine haven't discoloured (4 years).
