So far so good, does the job but it's still new, durability will be the test of time. Changing the cord plug seems like the ends will get destroyed. My last one from a different brand lasted 2 years so we'll see how this one does. 04-15-2024 Can't use plastic Tupperware without melting them.

It's get hot very quick. I love it

It gets so hot you can't eat the food, and even burns it. Also the cord is so short it's hard to use at work, which is why I bought it.

Only lasted about 8-1/2 months of daily use to heat my lunch. It will get your food very hot though.
