It took me 20 minutes to set up- super easy. It is big enough so I can climb into it and play with my 9 month old, but she still has room to crawl around and explore her toys. It is the perfect size. It is big enough for a baby to fully play, but small enough to not over take a room. This has been in our family room for 3 months now and my daughter still loves the balls that it came with, along with the handles that slide onto the top so she can help herself pull to stand! My only con is that I wish it was portable.
