High quality, good customer service. I'm an engineer, here's a better description than the listing
This is a very good quality item. Here is a description that even the listing doesn't have. This unit has two sets of shiatsu rollers, one at the front 1/3rd of the foot, and another in the middle 1/3rd. There are no shiatsu rollers in the back, just what they call a 'tapper'. There are pressure air bags completely surrounding the foot on the sides, and one on the top front. Note I said the middle shiatsu is a roller. It's a full roller that can reverse direction. Both rollers on this unit can. Most other foot massagers have a shiatsu arm that moves back and forth in the middle instead of rollers. The unit is heated. It takes a while to reach full temperature, but when it does, it gets very hot. At the heel they have what's called a 'tapper.' It's better described as a thumper or vibrator, a strong one. Now, here are the operating modes: You can turn on the shiatsu rollers, and add heat, thumper and air pressure independently. You can turn on the thumper and add heat and add shiatsu rollers independently, but not air pressure. You cannot just turn on the heat. You cannot just turn on the air pressure. The rollers have three modes where they run preset rolling programs. The heat is either on or off. The air pressure has three settings from low to hi. The thumper has a speed setting, on a dial, from slow to fast. The unit will shut off after ten or fifteen minutes. Many on here complain there's little heat. It takes a while, but it's there. My suggestion is once you start to feel it, shut the heat off or it will get too hot. Once the heat kicks in and your feet are in it, it will trap the heat for a long time. If you keep the heat on, it could well get too hot. The air pressure is very strong at the highest setting. The thumper at full speed will vibrate your legs all the way up to your hips. My legs are a pleasant numb when the thumper is done with them. The shiatsu rollers in this are very strong, especially in the middle. This unit will definitely provide a very strong massage. One roller in the middle is set to be very high. This one is just inside the arch area in the middle of the foot. If you have sensitive feet, this unit might be too much for you. I'll give you a way to find out. Throughout my life I've seen people that can run around barefoot, even over things like gravel, without issue. If you're like me, I can't do that. My feet are too sensitive. If you're like me, this machine might have shiatsu rollers that are too aggressive for you. If you welcome a strong massage, this unit will do that. I have conversed with the manufacturer about the unit, and they are very responsive. If you have an issue, you should message them before returning. They respond in short order. No, I wasn't paid to try or describe this product. I'm just an engineer nerd who would like a lot more detail when shopping for these things, so I thought I'd describe the product well. Took me two hours of research on here to select this one. All of the massager listings here on Amazon aren't as descriptive as they should be. They seem to have more amazon questions than other products. Cheers.

Great at home Foot Massager
I work out regularly and tend to deal with sore and achy feet, especially after long days. On top of that, my job often requires me to be on my feet, so I was looking for something that could help with relaxation and pain relief. This foot massager has been well worth the money. The massage intensity is strong and effective, and it really helps relieve tension and discomfort. The heat feature is one of my favorite parts because it adds an extra level of comfort and relaxation. The materials feel high quality and the massagers are well designed, making it feel sturdy and durable. One thing I really appreciated is that it is versatile in size. Both my husband and I can use it comfortably with no issues fitting our feet. I was also able to purchase this using my HSA, which made it an even better value. Overall, this foot massager has been great for relaxation, recovery, and everyday foot care. It delivers on performance and comfort, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone dealing with foot soreness or fatigue.

Solid Build - Good Massage - Mediocre Controls
I've used my RenPho foot massager for a week now, and it is a good product. The build quality is good, this is not a cheap machine (and for the price it is definitely NOT cheap!). I bought it on Prime day for 30% off, which at $140 I think it is more palatable a price than the standard $200 (standard SRP, checking it at this moment it is $180 plus a $10 coupon so a net $170). At $200 it feels more like a luxury to buy it than a necessity, but let your budget speak for you. I still can't believe I bought a foot massager for $140, but it is more worth it. Using it at least once a day, usually twice, it has definitely helped with my chronic discomfort (I don't have pain daily but I have discomfort daily). I have size 10.5 (US) feet and my wife has women's 10 (US) and the shiatsu rollers hit our feet well. My mother tried it with smaller feet (guessing womens 5) and she didn't like it at all (which jived with some of the reviews I've read...not quite as good for small feet). General PROs: Machine is sturdy and strong - great build quality Removable liners to keep it clean (I have not done this yet as it's still new, but I love the idea) Shiatsu rollers are good and strong Tapping massager is good and strong (and has a dial for intensity adjustment) Has Heat (though I have not used it because it's currently 100+ degrees out) Air Compression is strong and much more relief than I expected Heat/Tapping/Air Compression are all able to turn off if you don't want them General CONs: Item is heavy and has great non-skid feet...but that also means moving it to get it or put it away is cumbersome. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider All 3 modes are a mix of all the attributes of the machine (tapping, compression, shiatsu) so there isn't really anything to distinguish them apart from each other (yes, they are all different, but not dramatically). Controls are lacking in my mind, having a stage selection for most items. - Mode: 3 massage modes to choose from - Air Intensity: 3 levels of strength to choose from (and the low seems strong enough I can't imagine wanting it harder) - Heat: On or Off selector - Tapping: Intensity controlled by a dial (this one makes the most sense) The biggest issue with all of those controls is that you don't actually get full control. You get to tweak some presets. For a high end device, I want to customize my foot massage. So you can select the mode you want, which is a 15 minute preset (you can't adjust the timing at all but you can cancel it at any time). Each mode runs through a preset of tapping, compression, and shiatsu. But what if you want just the shiatsu? Well, technically you can turn the tapping and compression off, but then you still need to sit through the 15 minutes of "nothing" during the times that the tapping and compression would occur. What if you want to jump to the tail end of the 15 minute mode because it has the stuff you like? You can't. This is the biggest issue for me and it is ALMOST a deal breaker. Because this is a premium machine, there really shouldn't be anything lacking from it. For $200 you should be able to control the massage exactly how you want it, but that just isn't the case. I think the machine works well enough that I will keep it. It looks, feels, and functions like a high end machine. But again, for a premium machine at a premium price I would like more control over my massage. Having it just as it is, but then having 1 mode where you could program it...that would be fantastic. I'm not sure how they overlooked such a critical component for the customer.

Usually give their products 5 stars
Compression stopped working in a few months. An older one from this brand lasted a few years. They have amazing customer service so I have contacted them. They really stand by their products. I give their customer service 5 stars and all their products 5 stars. Only gave three because this one broke down but it is probably just a bad one out of many. Changed this to 5 stars because the customer service is amazing as usual. They are sending me a new massager. I have had a hand and back massager from them for over 5 years that work amazing. And have given the foot massager for many gifts which have worked fine. This one was just a fluke. Rest assured that you will get a quality product, and if any issues will be quickly resolved by great customer service!

Comparison of Renpho vs Miko foot massagers
I ordered probably two most popular shiatsu foot massagers back to back. I'm not a professional reviewer and I didn't receive anything (or promised to) by any company. I work at a warehouse and I walk 20k steps almost every day. Summary: I believe Renpho is a better value for people with smaller shoe sizes like me (8 mens). Even with all the Black Friday discounts there's a good $50 difference between two massagers and both are performing very similar. Kneading: - Miko was softer on the soles, didn't much coverage on heels but had coverage around the fingers. - Renpho is reasonably stronger on the soles, good coverage of heels but no coverage around fingers - The main reason for this difference seems to be the coverage area. As some other reviewers pointed out, Renpho's coverage area is smaller. I'd like to add to this by saying Renpho's coverage is SHORTER but not narrower. - Miko's coverage of finger area might be due to this coverage length difference but I need to point out that kneading around the finger joints might be painful sometimes. So this wasn't a really important feature for me. Air Pressure: - Miko was very soft on this. It woud only provide enough pressure towards the end of the massage and that wouldn't be a very intense pressure. Again, I think it provides coverage for longer feet so with smaller feet like mine, it lost pressure effectiveness. - Renpho's air pressure is pretty strong. Even with middle setting, you can literally lift your feet and the massager will lift from the ground but won't release your feet. This was a key aspect for me was the pain relief it provided. Since I walk a lot, I had developed pain around the finger joints. Pressure and heat helps with this. Heat: - Miko's heat levels are acceptable but again it's on the soft side. Heat is either on or off. There's no adjustment. - I was afraid about Renpho's heat delivery due to some reviews but I'm gladly surprised by its performance. This thing will sweat your foot at high heat in 15 mins at a 70F room temp. I have no feedback on durability of either device since I haven't used them for long. Overall, I think Renpho wins this round: - It's significantly cheaper - Unless you have big feet, it's coverage is good - Air pressure is strong - Heat delivery is strong

Life‑Changing. Toe‑Crushing. Spirit‑Healing.
I bought this Shiatsu Foot Massager thinking, “Sure, maybe my feet will feel a little better.” What I did not expect was to be spiritually reborn from the ankles down. The first time I put my feet in, I genuinely wondered if I had accidentally ordered a device designed by ancient martial artists. It doesn’t massage your feet so much as politely threaten them into relaxation. The kneading? Aggressive. The heat? Comforting, like a tiny foot sauna whispering, “You’ve had a long day, champ.” After 10 minutes, my feet felt like they’d just come back from a luxury spa while the rest of my body was still stuck in a Tuesday. I stood up afterward and briefly considered running a marathon just to see what would happen. Pros: My feet now feel better than my mental health Strong enough to work out knots I didn’t know I had Makes sitting on the couch feel productive Has ruined all other forms of relaxation for me Cons: Occasionally makes you question who’s really in control I now judge every chair by whether it’s “foot‑massager compatible” Friends will want to use it and you will not want to share In conclusion, this Shiatsu Foot Massager has become a non‑negotiable member of my household. If it ever breaks, I will mourn it like a beloved pet and immediately buy another one. My feet have unionized and now demand this daily. 10/10. Would let it bully my arches again.

Decent overall experience, but limited heat and massage coverage
I bought this foot massager with heat as a family gift, so it has been used by four different people in our household. Overall, the experience is not unpleasant, but it does have some important limitations that are worth considering before purchasing. The heat function is quite mild. It feels slightly warm but not strong enough to be truly soothing, especially if you are looking for noticeable warmth to relax tired or cold feet. Regarding massage coverage, the massage is mainly focused on the center of the sole. The heel receives very little stimulation. For reference, I wear a US women’s size 6. Even with a smaller foot size, the coverage felt limited, and it also depends on foot positioning, since you can move your feet forward or backward inside the massager. I am including a video and a photo showing it in use on my feet for reference and visibility. User experience varies significantly depending on foot size, shape, and pressure tolerance. My husband, 40 years old and a size 10, finds it comfortable only at the lowest pressure and air settings. At higher levels, the pressure becomes too intense due to his larger foot size. My mother, 60 years old and a size 6.5, enjoys deep pressure and finds this massager works very well for her, even at stronger settings. My grandmother, 85 years old, wears a size 8 and has a slightly prominent instep. Even on the gentlest setting, the pressure on the instep felt too strong for her, and she only used it once. In conclusion, while it works adequately as an electric foot massager, the heat is weak and the massage zones are limited. Whether it will be enjoyable depends greatly on the user’s foot size, foot shape, and sensitivity to pressure. It may be suitable for people who like firm pressure, but it is not ideal for those with sensitive feet or for those mainly looking for a stronger heat function.

Great for tired feet!
I read reviews for this and several similar products. I picked this one because it has a remote. This massager is great for my 68 year old feet. I was a sprinter in my younger years and I have buckled toes (hammertoe) in the 2nd and 3rd toes on both feet. I have a big bunion on my right foot, turning the big toe inward such that it has rubbed a callus on the 2nd toe. The massager does NOT hurt my big bunion foot. I use it on the medium kneading setting but I think I will soon try the high setting. The massaging is wonderful - my feet feel great after a q5 minute session. I feel much better circulation, even in the toes. I will continue hiking, pickleball and all my workouts. The air option is on but not really noticeable. The heat feels nonexistent, even on the high setting. I would like to feel heat which I why I gave the 4/5 star rating.

OTTIMO E PIaCEVOLE MASSAGGIATORE

Daarom twee sterren minder.
