Worked miracles! An old ankle injury had it out of alignment, which caused great pain in my hip for many years. I was at wit’s end with physical therapy, etc. not working. Someone suggested this product, and with a gentle and gradual program of the various exercises my ankle is back in alignment and the hip pain has basically disappeared. It is well constructed, simple to use, fairly priced and it works. What’s not to like?

Finally! I’ve found relief for my Achilles tendinitis. I use this everyday for about a minute on each foot, leaning side to side with the heel part (back-side). Placed two of the movable pieces on the front-side for stability and the third movable piece on the back side. See pics. 5 stars, highly recommend if you’re suffering from Achilles tendinitis.

Probably as good way to check out the exercises and general effectiveness, but not nearly sad well made as the name-brand version, which I eventually bought.

It’s a simple idea: extreme extension And stretch of specific metatarsal muscles and tendons. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis like me since my 30s, it might help You like it helped me. The workout might be painful, exhausting or even wear you out - but it helped me within days and continues. I started standing differently and feeling leg and hips getting exercised as well.

I am a professional athlete i use this for my lower body because the device it’s self is great the quality on this though is god awful i bought this a month ago and now the little yarn that holds it together popped out i had one of these however it was from the original brand called Blackboard it lasted me 4 years only reason i dont use it is because i was robbed and they took that when they took my suitcase and even a one star rating on this is high i wish i could give it 0.1 out 5.

箱なし 直にパッキンされており粘着部分が商品についていました もちろん説明書なし 破損等はありませんでした。自作した場合の材料手間等を考え、家は問題なしとしました ただここでの購入を他の方にはお勧めしません 写真の使い方を変えて、後ろは安定させて乗ってみると足指に力が入ってないのがわかり、ちょっと使ってみようとは思っています 2025年4月23日追記 使用1週間 足底腱膜炎による踵の痛みが、劇的に改善しています。オーダーインソール到着前に助かりました継続使用します。ヨガの立ちポーズ改善にも効きそうですただ、こちらの商品自体は本物ではないようです。 この形状のバランスボードを強くお勧めするという意味での星５つです

底板を繋ぐ紐が長すぎるのと、いかにもすぐにブチっと逝きそうな物が届きました。 使用には問題なさそうですが、安物買いの銭失いになるでしょう。

商品説明と違う物が届きました。 違う点 ・箱がない（剥き出しでビニール袋に梱包） ・説明書なし ・ラバーの形状、貼り方が曲がっている ・木の加工全体的に荒い 本当にWANYIDAのものなのか？全く違うものが届きました。 商品の耐久性は未検証です。
