Great humidifier for the money.
This was well worth the money great humidifier I love that it holds 3 gallons of water so you're not constantly feeling it I love that it has the extended piping coming out of it cuz we did end up having to use that because the Miss was hitting our hardwood floors and puddling up so you would want to set it on a box or a stand or put a carpet underneath it if you don't use that piping that comes up but it it's pretty good quality works really well I have COPD my dogs have dry skin itching we have dry heat air in here so we needed the humidity and it does our whole house.

A beast!!!
This humidifier is amazing. The capacity is wonderful I only had to fill like twice a week. It is quiet and does the job perfectly plus I love that I can add essential oils.

One great machine.
This humidifier works excellent. I'm able to cover a 1100 square foot area with ease. Very convenient to fill and clean. It's on wheels so a person can move it anywhere. I also like the fact a person can change the air flow coming out & also the humidity with the remote.

Good full hosue Coverage, Quick issue resolution
I bought this item on the recommendation of a friend. I love that its easy to fill, has a large tank, has two options for steam release (large directional cone, or flat directional cover). I have had an issue since i purchased the item on March 8 - that is keeping the device from accurately identifying the humidity in our home. We live in Vegas, where its very hot and dry, so a humidifier is a life saver here. The device is completely quiet. It easily keeps our house around 35%-40% humidity. I'm currently working with the customer service team to address the issue with the product not correctly reflecting the in house humidity. It seems to be stuck sensing between 20%-22%. I was pleasantly suprised at how quickly they've responded to my CS inquiries and they've even offered to send a replacement head to see if that resolved the sensor issue. We did have to convert to an in house filtered water system for filling the device. The steam that was coming out was depositing white dust every where - but that was a by-product of the water and not the device. The good news is, i know the humidifier was covering a large area because of all the places i found dust. Even downstairs, behind a closed door, in our bathroom at the opposite end of the house. If we can get this situation resolved with the sensor so it self regulates better this is an easy 5 stars for me. I'll come back with updates once they get it worked out.

Works like a charm!
Works SO well and I love how easy it is to put together and use. Best humidifier Iโve ever had, hands down. I have a 2000sq ft house. Put it in my living room and it took about 2 days to bring the humidity up from 17% to 40% (winter humidity sucks here). Noticeable difference! I do highly suggest buying a water distiller though since it does take a lot of water and you donโt want to use tap water in it. Tap water leaves a film on everything and isnโt good for you. I got a distiller for like $100, run it in the night/evening, and then just top the humidifier off in the am.

Great Humidifier - Keeps My Instruments Safe and Makes Winters More Comfortable
I've used this humidifier several different ways over the years. At night I keep it in the bedroom and it keeps the air cool while protecting my instruments. When I'm teaching lessons in the winter months, it keeps my studio from drying out, but it is also quite enough that it doesn't interrupt lessons or distract my students. It's really easy to program. I rarely even use the remote because the buttons are so intuitive, and I often said it to 45 RH and let it run. In an office or bedroom it can easily get the job done on level 1 or 2, and it can actually humidify a decent size three story rowhome by itself on the turbo setting (when you place it in the hallway on the top floor) It's easy to refill and clean. Just wipe it out with a cloth or some paper towels and you're good to go for a while. A few times I got behind on the cleaning and used either some dish soap or a little vinegar and it took care of everything. The built-in handles are subtle but also sturdy. It's relatively easy to carry around even when it's full, and as long as you don't pour the water directly into the middle exhaust port where the Mist comes out you can fill it up pretty quickly. It's also pretty decent with aromatherapy. A designated diffuser is a safer option that allows for more potency but it's not bad. Just make sure you use a tissue or a cloth as a barrier and put only a few drops of oil on the cloth in the essential oils tray, just like in the instructions, so you don't damage the plastic. I'm pretty happy with it. The newer model has a light in it so you can see the water as it's filling up, and props to Lacidoll listening to that feedback, but this one is fine in good lighting, or if you use your phone to shine a light in the window to see the water level. I use it mainly for protecting my cellos and guitars but also to keep the air comfortable during the winter. Definitely glad I bought it.

Best type of humidifier I bought
I live in El Paso where it is hot and dry and dusty and the windy season wreaks havoc on my allergies. I used to have a big bulky pedestal humidifier that had the filters that I would have to replace constantly to keep the mold down and the water clean. This one has no filter which is great! It has a little tray that you can put in essential oils as well to put a light scent through the house which helps alot. I have a 1500 sq foot house and this sits in our living room and you can feel the humidity throughout the whole house. Its sleek and doesnt take up space. It is easy to clean and put together and it quite. I don't hear it and sometimes I wonder if it even on. It comes with a spout you can add to get a very fine mist to come out at timed intervals. The best pat is it has a remote! You can control the humidity level, the intervals of the spout and turn it off/on with just the remote! Love it and would recommend!

Quiet and efficient but doesn't get the job done for me
I bought this unit to raise the humidity of a 900 square-foot workshop. It arrived, was packaged well and easy to set up. My rating is based on the apparent inaccuracy of the humidity sensor, which is attached to the power cord close to the unit. I have an Acurite temperature/humidity sensor in the workshop and the difference in the readings are large. The stated RH accuracy of the Acurite sensor is +/- 3%. The accuracy of the Lacidoll, from the Amazon product page, is +/- 5%. In the Lacidoll manual it states that "A difference of 5โ10% between displayed and actual humidity is normal." In my case there is a difference between the readings with the Lacidoll about 10% higher than the Acurite. This is within the loose specifications but disappointing. After 24 hours, and with the Lacidoll unit is set to 60%, the humidity in the workshop has risen about 10% to 46% according to the Acurite. The Lucidoll indicates 55%. When first set, the RH setpoint (60%) is achieved but then the RH value has to drop below 55% for the unit to again product mist. So the hysteresis appears to be -6%. My unit does not overshoot the setpoint. Additionally, the RH will drop from 60% to 55% in less than 1/2 hour but then loiter there much longer. Other reviewers have noted that the setpoint is not normally visible and only available if you go through the process of changing it. This is inconvenient for me but may not affect other users who 'set and forget'. I do like the large water capability and the unit appears to use water very efficiently. After 3 days there was still over half of the water left at the 60% setting. Obviously the unit is working but not as well as I had hoped for my application. To be fair, however, these comments are based on only a few days of operation. For normal humidify the bedroom usage it's probably just fine.
