Professional Grade at a great price
Thing works great, as someone who works on their own vehicles ( and everyone else you end up knowing lol) This impact saves so much time hand cranking and breaking torqued bolts and lugnuts. Great quality of tool and good value for the money . Milwaukee has unmatched durability and I love all my other milwaukees including the ratchets. Overall the impact is phenomenal and is pretty compact for what it is as I have gotten it to some crazy spots . The 4 different speed settings are great as well with a hand crank setting so it doesn't overtorque. On sale for $200 is a steal even for the tool only.

Worth the money and a tool you can trust!
For someone that does their own work on cars this is perfect to get things done quickly like suspension work and my tire rotations. I always take with me in my jeep just incase it’s needed. It’s not the smallest or lightest tool but gets the job done easy. Saves me money and time to get my jobs done. The settings are great with the option to tighten nuts or bolts and stop at hand tight. I also like all the battery options Milwaukee offers and the feels great in the hand when using.

Awesome tool. The torque on this thing is insane. My husband loves it. Milwaukee is a very good brand.

Awesome!
This showed up undamaged and on time. This works great . Loosens up the most stubborn lug nuts that have been on for years quickly. Price was better than anywhere else I looked. This is a bit smaller than older models ,which makes it great to get into tight spots . Awesome !

Amazing power for Compact 1/2" impact, heavy, expensive, WORTH IT.
I have used this to remove and replace lug nuts on several trailers. I have used it to remove stubborn bolts on my HD. I used it last weekend to remove the 185 FT Pound tight and Red Locktighted end nut on my HD Crank / Stator shaft 2x this last weekend, and it just twisted it right off, no delay, no problem. I used it on the clutch hub nut also, and it just spun it right off. This is an amazing tool. It is unbeleiveable how far we have come with battery operated tools in the last few years. It is very heavy for it's size, but it's size is very small for it's power. The adjustable speed / tourque settings are actually very useful. I thought they'd be a useless option, but being able to lower the tourque and impact speeds actually is very nice. I would Highly recommend this tool to ANYONE looking for a 1/2" Portable Impact. I have used it as described above, and haven't even lowered the battery one "light" on the power indicator, and only charged the 5.0ah battery I purchased to run it, once, before ever using the tool. My 3 issues with this tool, and I gladly accept these, are 1: It is very expensive and like most Milwaukee battery op tools does NOT come with batteries, which I guess keeps the price down? because the LI batteries are very expensive to make? I dunno, I still think it is very expensive and should come with at least one battery, 2: It is VERY HEAVY for it's compact size, it feels like you are holding a Gold Brick in your hand. (And It Costs As Much Too), 3: The "Reverse" button on the handle is placed in a spot that makes it very easy when dealing with high tourque items to accidentally push it in with the web of your thumb while holding on to the trigger. This could be dangerous, and makes it easy to accidentally reverse the direction between bolts and actually tighten when you want to loosen, making it very possible to break off a bolt in the hole by over tightening it. They should find another location for the button, or put some kind of rib below it to prevent this. Short and long of this..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, AND WOULD BUY IT AGAIN, WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND, and throw it at an enemy..... (heavy enough to cause serious physical harm!)

Does exactly as Milwaukee says…
This is a great tool. It’s a bit more compact than the previous model, but has a lot more torque. I have 2 of these in service, and they have never failed to impress me. I’ve seen reviews mentioning that the battery has wiggle when inserted into the tool. This is intentional. If you notice there is a black piece that the battery actually slides into. It’s designed to absorb impact, to help protect the battery, due to vibration, or even dropping a heavy tool like this. I’ve also seen people mention a clunking inside the tool when you shake it. This is the anvil inside the tool moving. It’s supposed to move. All in all this is a fantastic tool.

Milwaukee 2967-20 M18 FUEL™ 1/2" High Torque Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring (Tool Only)
We have purchased three of these so far and have not had any issues with any of them, the upgraded body from the previous model is aesthetically pleasing with three LED lights up front facing towards the working area and rugged. The power is as expected, and I will say it seems the M18 Batteries hold a little tighter to this model vs. the previous model which is great. I recommend.
