Daily intake
The media could not be loaded. If you want good skin make sure you stay hydrated. This container does the job. It’s half a gallon. How do you know how much you need to drink for the day. Measure your weight in pounds. Cut that in half. Turn that number in oz. There you go! You’re welcome. Every oz is 30 ml so just multiply your half weight by 30 to get your ml. Of course add more water intake if you are training. I weigh 120 lbs. half of that is 60 lbs. 60 x 30 to get the number in ml. 1800 ml per day is what I need. And if I exercise it would be more. Btw, cleaning is easy. My hands fit inside the container. I’ve had no problems with major leak. Maybe a drop or two. It’s sturdy as I’ve had it for weeks. I use it to stay hydrated as a bedside nurse. We do 12 hr shifts. Thank you for reading my review. Toodles!

The grey bottle is a little sparkly, easy to carry, and solid. Works well for keeping hydrated at school.

Overall good experience
Bottle is easy to clean compared to others since it has a large opening. Makes it easier to put ice in it as well. I have already dropped it out of a vehicle accidentally too and it didn’t break, which was nice. The straw gets stuck in cap sometimes.
