The plate had a nut on each side of the hole, which made it sturdier than the last ones we used.

Metal snapped off on two of the brackets. Brittle material. Do not buy.

Performed as expected

I am making a small end table and bought these mounting plates and for tapered legs to speed up the process. When attached one leg is a quarter of an inch shorter than the others. Customer service says the legs are for decoration only and won’t support weight and “for this application” a wobble is expected. The end table is a four sided box, open in front and back. No doors, drawers or shelves. It can’t get any lighter. I will have to make my own legs for stability. So much for customer service and saving time.

Fragile trash. On three occasions, the threaded center portion snapped right out during the assembly. Not bearing a load, simply in the assembly. Very slight torque in any direction is too much and the center of the bracket pops right out. One of the breaks was rotational when screwing in the leg. Cranked it hand tight and pulled the threads out of the bracket. Would never recommend these delicate flowers.

Not worth it. The threaded screw hole popped right out during installation.
