People were saying that their sizes are much smaller than the actual size, so I bought an XXL, when I actually wear a size M. The result was that the underwear was too big and couldn't stay up, it just kept falling down. Please see the comparison picture. The black one is a standard US size M, and the white one is XXL from this store. So, I believe that saying their sizes are inaccurate is misleading others.

The number one thing men want when it comes to underwear is comfort. Regardless of life style none of us with the standard set of man tools likes sweat, stickiness, twisting or pinching, unwanted friction that leads to irritation. So what do theses bring into that equation? With naked being a 10, kilt 9, commando 8, thong 7, and Grandpa tighty whities and boxer being 1 these are either a 6 on comfort or a 2 when it comes to design to avoid sweat stickiness shifting or wedgies. The test: 16 hr wear at home. Definitely still on the 6 side. The silk cold material is pleasant. Sleeping: It was a 6 but at wakeup time a 9 when the morning wood arrived the material moved allowing for freedom and only being bothered by a wedge. Social and work: back down to a 6 and slowly loosing points as temperature and movement happens causing shift risking imprint of your tool. Unless that's what you want.

Panties sold as men's underwear
Quite possibly the worst men's underwear on the planet! Thy were a gift from my wife and I was nervous right from the get go. There is no semblance of a pouch where your twig and berries should be carried. I wore one pair of them all day. It was the day of the prolonged wedgie because of where the seam was placed. If you're a eunuch, transitioning female, or woman looking for "panties" they will still just look positively abysmal when you put them on. Just don't with these....

I'm not entirely sure these were meant for men...
Only rating these highly because they look amazing on my gf who has...impressive assets. On me, they feel great, but the crotch rides up quite readily and I'm left with my junk hanging out defeating the purpose of wearing underwear. But yeah if you are/have a woman with "impressive assests," get you some.

Size guide was good; the XL fit my 37 inch waist. Soft and sheer. This style simply feels like wearing nothing at all. Nice underwear, will get other colors.
