We bought this so our granddaughter could do baking with granny. Easy to assemble and a sturdy frame making my 18 month old feel very safe. Brilliant product.

Fast delivery, easy to assemble, good quality wood, extra bolts/screws and I love it came with tools and gloves! It’s sturdy with good rubber feet which stops sliding.Honestly, with only 35 reviews on purchase, I was dubious but they were good reviews and I loved the idea it was adjustable! My toddler is very tall for his age and other step-up ladders I saw he’d already outgrown before I decided to get him one.I really recommend.

Easy to assemble by following the instructions. Great that the height is adjustable. It is the perfect height for my counter top and gets in good and close. Easily wiped clean. Only negative is, that there were a couple of rough edges on the wood that could easily become a splinter in a small hand

After spending 20 minutes building the toddler step we soon realised the join at the top was loose as it hadn’t been glued properly as pictured. Unfortunately, amazons only policy is for us to have to dissemble it, pack it up, take it to the post office and wait until it’s received to receive a refund, then order a new one and spend more time building it back up! When all that is needed is for them to send one piece to us which is clearly labelled as part number 2. Hence my husband is going to try to fix it himself to save all the hassle, however it is extremely frustrating having to fix a brand new item which we have just paid £70 for. I’m sure this is Amazon’s policy and not the individual sellers so I’m sure their hands are tied. Apart from this is is perfect, great height and fantastic that you can adjust the step for different ages.

Easy to put together, I love that I can adjust the height as my toddler grows.Nice and sturdy and my toddler has no issues getting herself up and down it.

The manufacturer must not have a quality control department or has very low standards.As you can see in the pictures the cuts of wood are all the wrong size and instead of re-doing them they just stuck in wood filler and painted over it. Quite poorly done as well, they didn't even bother filling and sanding it properly before painting.Avoid and buy a quality product/brand elsewhere instead.

Feels cheap, put together quite poorly, paint work is not great. Had to bend a screw to fit together, almost damaged the wood trying to secure. Parts don’t sit exactly flush together.
