Who needs the expensive brands like Centrum that one can hardly swallow. This product works just as well and poses zero problems swallowing.

Not as pictured. Not as described. They contain artificial colors. They are pictured as white but are coated in a dark red color. Ingredients list artificial colors. Tossed them out as they are not returnable.

Just like One A Day Essential
Small, easy to swallow size, lightly coated, no aftertaste, smell is mild. Contains: A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin, Folic Acid, and Pantothenic Acid. Most in the RDA or DV range, not mega doses. No iron or calcium. A good extra insurance for those with poor diets who can't swallow bigger pills. Add a plain calcium and (if your Doctor agrees) an iron pill and you'll have all you need. Of course those with health problems and/or certain deficiencies should always check with a Doctor or nutritionist first. I hope they will have the ones with iron in them next time I buy. My mother and I were buying these in One a Day brand on a regular basis, because of the price difference we would be buying these now even if the brand name still made this formula.

Great substitute for One A Day Essential Multivitamin
These vitamins are a great replacement for the discontinued One-A-Day Essental multivitamins. They contain the same essential set of multivitamins and calcium, without other minerals. This is exactly what I want. Furthermore, the vitamins are manufactured in the U.S. and have an expiration date a couple years into the future.
