These are great lights and are plug and play. I used a printable led riser with vents to mount these on my X1E. These aren’t super bright like some have suggested using. But they are plenty adequate and I like that they plug into the original port on the printer and are controlled by the printer. Some have complained about the tape not sticking. This can be complex depending on what surface you mount them to. Mine are mounted to the ASA printed riser and are sticking quite well. I run my chamber at 60C most of the time and they are still sticking well. If you are worried about them staying in place use a 3m double stick tape primer on the surface you intend to mount them to. The primer really works well. I’ve used it on other applications and it makes it almost permanent. The tape supplied on the led strips is 3m high quality double sided tape. If it doesn’t stay, you did something wrong or stuck it to an incompatible or dirty surface.

Great, inexpensive, easy upgrade to my Bambu P1P. Be gentle and slow pulling off the fabric tape from the upper-left-inside corner, pulling toward the right, as the tape appears to be attached to an electrical ribbon behind the display. Squeeze the existing white plastic connect's right side and gently pull the plug. I too left the stock LED in place. Just be careful to plan the wire routing to avoid any potential contact with the printhead. I used black electrical tape to secure the wires. I may reinstall it under the front, right side, and rear, rather than the right, rear and left sides.

Works well but the adhesive tape needs a good overhaul. Came loose within days.

Definitely an upgrade from the original light. It's completely plug and play nothing else needed except I printed a few magnetic wire clips to keep the wires tidy. I wish it came with a JST-PH 2.0 Y-splitter so I could plug in the original light as well as these since these lights are high above the print and cast a bit of shadow (I'll buy this seperately), but as you can see in my photos, the internal camera is able to see the print much better. The last two photos are with the front glass closed. Both photos are manually exposed the same so you can really see how bright these are relatively to the original light.

This kit gets the job done. Another reviewer claimed “you can do it yourself” — well of course but who wants to spend all day making a light kit? It me. This one works great and has the proper GH1.25 JST micro connector to connect directly to the board. Note that your stock led bar won’t work unless you add a y splitter - the seller should consider adding this. However there is plenty of light. Don’t worry about the placement you’ll be looking like a sport stadium as long as you space everything out.Big tip - get some automotive harness tape. It’s high temp resistant (this product is silicon cabled so you’re fine as is) but you’ll need to secure the cables carefully since everything runs next to the printer mechanisms.automotive tape is perfect for this application and blends in well. It will ensure that nothing drops down and gets tangled. Check out my picture for an idea on how to install.

These are 100% plug and play for the Bambu labs P1S. Not only are they super simple to install, they are 10x brighter then the factory LED light. I installed mine in a glass top riser I made, that included a 30 degree angle to point the lights downward. For the price, these are a great upgrade!!!!

Let's be honest: the light that comes with the Bambu P1S is garbage. It barely illuminates the interior.This thing a night-and-day improvement over the OEM light strip, and really lets you see what's going on. Can't beat it for the price.

This LED kit was easy to install and is nice and bright making it much easier to see what it going on during prints. It would have been nice if it had a Y connector so that the stock led could remain powered as well. I also kind of wish there had been something included to manage the cords since only the LEDs had any sticky backing, and the cords were sometimes a bit long. I ended up using some of the fabric style tape that was all over the inside of the printer when I unpacked it to hold the cabling in place and that solution worked well.For the price, it is a great upgrade. It just would have been nice if there had been a better solution to deal with the cabling included with the LED strip.
