This just stunk like the carrier oil, couldn’t smell the ginger or citrus at all.

I don’t know if I just got an old one or what but it’s sticky not liquidy more like a salve and it has a very light scent that kind of smells like it’s really old like it’s been on your counter for two years . I can’t tell if it’s helping my nausea, but I don’t find it a delightful experience.

It has everything you need! I purchased this along with some emesis bags and other items to create a "morning-sickness" kit. The essential oil roller is pleasant and not too strong. The ginger candies are not my favorite but I think I personally don't care for ginger. The bands come with this really cute carrying case so that they don't get lost in your bag. Great value and good addition to any moderately-crunchy pregnant-person's bag.

It helped me a lot. The scent spray is the best for nausea.

I purchased this pack for my daughter who is newly pregnant and has been getting sick morning, noon and night. She said the bands a little uncomfortable because they are so tight, but having said that she said she does feel like they helped, she just can't wear them very long. She also likes the color, she said they are a soft pinkish purplish, lol. She also said the roller helped as well. She does NOT like the drops at all!! She said they are spicy and she cannot eat them. Hope this helps.
