I have plantar fasciitis and these elevated blocks and bands work perfectly for strengthening and stretching. Blocks are rubberized and slotted which gives full support and minimizes slipping. Two set with different elevation. Bands are a plus when resistance is needed. Seems to work great and is perfect for my needs.

I mean, it is almost as long as a newborn's foot. Maybe it could be useful for some toddlers to practice their squatting exercise?

There is nothing wrong with any of these quality pieces, my only qualm was the wedges were a bit heavy to carry to the gym

I love these wedges. I've been doing exercises to work on my knees and inclined squats are something I wanted to start doing. The build is top notch. The rubber wedges are solid. I weigh about 200 pounds and it had no problem holding me up. Even though they are heavy, they do slide a bit on the linoleum floor. I added a thin piece of foam grip tape and that did the trick. They do amplify the intensity of my squats and work as intended.I have a lot of bands since every other piece of equipment usually includes them with their package. But I did try the ones included and they work well.I definitely recommend these if your trying to strengthen your knees, its been helping mine a lot.

These squat wedge blocks are perfect for training at home. They're made out of high quality rubber, are heavy enough not to move around and feel like they could last a lifetime.I like that you can also combine two blocks to create a steeper angle. They fit perfectly well into each others and will not move at all when in use. The included resistance bands are ok, but they could have been better quality. They just end up rolling up on themselves when used and do not feel as high quality as the blocks. Still, the blocks themselves are excellent and are absolutely worth it.

These squat wedge blocks feel very well built, having a substantial weight and grip to them. When they're on the floor, they're simply not moving around when you're on them, which is excellent.The resistance bands also feel quite decent, having a variety of levels to them. Though if I were to nitpick, I wish the resistance bands felt a bit more substantial and better quality, as these resistance bands are essentially the same ones that you would find on a much cheaper workout set.Overall, however, this squat wedge block set does exactly what you expect it to do and does it excellently. The resistance bands are sort of just a bonus.
