I hired an electrician to install it. He and his company did not have a problem. Two other electricians "passed" on it because it needed to have the new box put in the ceiling. Luckily this was a part of an electric upgrade and we had an electrician put it together. He had to come up with his own screws and redesign it. The light is very bright and does not dim.
