Put it together and it didn't work, worked with customer service got a new driver. It was a pain to replace the part. But it works great now.

Sloppy steering was easily fixed. A bit underpowered for my needs, but all in all well built.

Exceptionally disappointing. Build quality is what you’d expect from a $70 pull wagon on pneumatics. The motor though, so anemic that it struggled to move my 120 lb wife across a flat, paved surface. I had her hop in as a fun way to test it out after putting it together and the wagon said “nope”. The power indicator on the throttle did show green, but to be safe, I put it on charge and gave it a proper chance with full batteries later in the day. The wagon itself is quite small, so I put two 5-gallon buckets of water in it and walked it across the property. I did a good portion of the work. You can feel that it does offer some assistance but the load was minimal, roughly 80 lbs. To be fair, it is referred to as a “power assisted” wagon, but this sort of felt like a prank. The wheels were at pressure and there was weight on the one driven wheel. It just didn’t have the guts to offer the help I thought I was buying. The last test was to I put four .5 cu ft bags of pea gravel on it, about 200 lbs, and it felt confident on pavement. Moving weight from the car to the garden down the driveway was nice. Yet, fewer than 24” into the grass and I was pulling more than the hub motor was pushing. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but something advertised with a load capacity over 400 lbs should be able to move at least 1/2 that on flat, maintained grass. This would be great though, if I wanted to take an aging dog on a slow “walk” using neighborhood streets. I honestly don’t know what more it’s good for beyond that, unless the entirety of your yard and garden space is paved and as flat as Ohio.

This is a sturdy cart but it’s missing the charger cord. We cannot find one for it either as it has an uncommon adapter🙁 Bought this for our 78 year old mom when she needs to haul wood up from the barn so it would self-propel and she wouldn’t have to pull it. Ain’t working out so good without the charging cord. 😠

Unit has only one drive wheel. Is useless to me if it can't handle any slightest uphill grade.

My husband loves this. Its great for transporting product from our business basement around to the front of the business. Very easy to handle, very sturdy and well made.

I don’t know maybe I was too excited for this or it’s not build well but it’s strong, it should’ve came with at least 2 rear wheel drive it only came with one & the handle feels like it’s going to break it’s hard to twist & also I broke the middle screw which is holding the whole frame together trying to tighten the screw & I have to fix it but it’s ok I like a little challenge, overall I love it I wish it had better handle & 2 wheel drive at least! But 4 wheel drive is perfect for this please! I don’t mind paying more as long I can exchange it with 4 wheel drive & I’m going to put this back in the box & return it I will give it couple day try….

Wonderful cart quite a workhorse was able to move 4 yards of mulch and 2 yards of garden soil with ease
