Not all vacuum packed bricks. Very good espresso.

Terrible Customer Service
Sadly disappointing response by Lavazza USA to a crushed brick of ground coffee. The vacuum seal was gone and the coffee oxidized. Upon direction by Amazon, I queried Lavazza complaining about a badly packaged shipment. Lavazza responded several days later asking for evidence: shipping label, packaging, packing slip, photo of the coffee bag with lot number, order number, shipper, etc. After all of that they told me what I already knew, it was a shipping problem and that I should contact Amazon. Nice circulat reasoning after a lot of make-work instead of jusr repalcing a $7.00 brick of coffee. Don't buy from these guys. They are a bureacuratic customer service runaround!
