Respoolling is a must
I have never seen such a rat's nest. After a lot of time fixing tangles and getting a rewound spool the filament seams to work fine and the color is skin like I ordered but I would pay a lot more to get a usable spool to start with.

Printed fast and accurately
It printed fast, looks skin-like (depending on your skin tone). Not stringy. Would definitely buy again.

High Quality Filament, Perfect Skin Tone
I've used a few of Isanmante's fancy filament before and they print really nicely. I needed to find a good caucasian skin tone for a Wolverine figure. I had purchased a few different shades from various companies and this is the one I ended up picking. It printed really nicely and layer lines aren't very noticible using the generic PLA profile on my Bambu P1S.
