No you can’t lock the seat off. It’s a very good quality seat and wouldn’t be without one now

Does the bag come wilth it?

Yes the bag came with it. A tad fiddly to put together but a great purchase. I shoot geese a lot and it been adjustable legs are great for a dyke back

What colour is the chair?

It's a sort of matt green. Blends in well with foliage. great chair BTW.
