Gives great support of the arch

It does the job, but it’s pretty squeaky in my shoes. Had about a 4 day break in.

Good Support when used in my work boots and they hold up because of the Ridgid arch support.

these are so loud. like so loud. I feel like spongebob walking around. all eyes on me when I walk into a room lol. but good arch support, maybe not the best value for your money. I should’ve paid 20 max for these

I'm a tall, relatively slender gal, & have plantar fasciitis. These work very well for me, and I like them more than the more expensive ones I bought before I found these.

This insole comes in small enough size increments that the arch and other contours actually fit your foot.

These insoles from VALSOLE do provide adequate arch support and cushioning (as noted on the listing). The sizing chart is accurate and minor adjustments can be made by trimming with scissors. The insoles fit snugly in work/dress shoes. However, they do produce noticeable noise -- squeaky sound. It was more pronounced initially but did fade a bit after a week break-in period (but never went away completely). The inserts are comfortable but no make my feet hotter (I suppose breathability could be improved). Overall, the VALSOLE insoles are above average but a bit noisy. The price point is OK, if not a bit high.

Fit as described. Arrived quickly

This is the first insert I’ve had that has a high enough arch for my very high arches so should stop me from pronating. It is comfortable. The aspect I don’t like is that I won’t be able to use it in most shoes as it makes them too tight. I might purchase a larger size shoe in the future to accommodate this insert.Arrived as promised day after ordering.

This item is very well made ,more than expected ,can’t wait to wear them in my golf shoes and walk.

The quality of this product is very good. I ordered this for my husband.He was very happy with his first purchase as it served it's purpose. It supports his feet as he suffers from fascitis. So, we bought 2 more. One for his running shoes, one for office shoes, and now one for his snow boots.

These arch support insoles work great! I used them in my shoes and my feet felt great. I now have purchased a pair for my slippers for around the house
