These are the best for chocolate chip cookies. They are “semisweet” and our family loved them. Delivery was quick and product was in perfect condition.

While vahlrona caribe certainly isn’t cheap, it is possibly the best baking chocolate you can find. Compared it to Jacque Torres (which is also awesome and better value for most) and my local chocolatier and it is very clear to me that vahlrona is in a class of its own. The way this chocolate melts into my cookies, silky smooth texture, accompanied by the rich and complex flavor makes it special. Splurge on this at least once and you won’t regret it.
