Wheel are not very good otherwise the chair is comfortable

This chair is not as comfortable as it looks. The cushions for sitting and back rest are pretty good. Even though we can adjust the back as required, there is constant fear of chair loosing it's balance. Yes you read that right. Balancing of weights of chair are not as expected. The chair can't handle a weight little more than 52 kgs. Personally saved myself from falling behind while seated on the chair. Attention should be given to this. I have requested return for the same, no one has come to take it back.
