Safe and Fun. A vinyl babysitter
I did a lot of research on trampoline safety, because I work in a trauma center and see lotsa injuries. The responsible medical literature as well as years of othersโ experience gave me the chutzpah to move forward:ANALYSIS:Well packaged and quickly shipped.Clear instructions, we only put one thing together backwards and had to reassemble. My wife and I put it together in a driving Wyoming wind in about 3-4 hrs.I also purchased the screw-in auger holders with reinforced straps because we regularly get 50+ mph winds here.THIS IS A VERY SAFE, WELL DESIGNED PRODUCT.The jumping surface is well supported and the springs are redundant and well affixed. The frame is solid. The net is very well positioned and does not impede fun.The entry and exit are safe and secure.I skydive, SCUBA, ride motorcycles, perform brain and spine surgery and have served in combat. I am all about safety because I have seen real injuries many, many, many times. Yes, I created a laminated rule sheet (standard Dad stuff) that all must follow (included below).Parents, you can sleep easy with your kids playing on this, it is a great item, well constructed, easy to assemble and we have already had HOURS of fun on it. And the kids get outside in the real fresh air and exercise, leaving the electronic virtual world behind.never forget-STUPID HURTS AND IT OUGHT TO. You still need to be smart. Itโs a trampoline. See my suggested rules below. And if you have winds above 15-20mph, secure this thing to the ground in a solid way.Trampoline Rules:1. No shoes. Only bare feet or socks2. No dogs3. Zip the net closed once you are inside4. Be careful not to jump into or on top of someone5. Mom has to supervise for the first several weeks until she sees you are safe6. Never go underneath the trampoline when people are jumping7. Stay in the center mostly8. Enter & exit carefully, not when others are bouncing9. If you see a tear or rip, stop jumping and tell us right away10. Never jump off the trampoline, climb off11. Donโt lean on or climb on the net12. Kids under age 6 need adult line of sight supervision13. If I see any psycho risk taking flips and spins, you will escorted off.

Great Product, Customer Service to Match.
My Wife and I purchased this trampoline for our children in June 2017. Being leery of trampolines I did quite a bit of research, mainly focusing on safety as my main concern. One brand kept being mentioned in lists and articles regarding well built, safest trampolines on the market...Zupapa. My decision was made and I ordered the 15ft. model. The product was delivered very quickly and the packaging kept all the parts damage free in shipping. Assembly time was right around what I expected, 4/5 hours. Remember, you are assembly a big piece of equipment, its going to take a bit of time...but that was 4/5 hours of continuous work. No hiccups or hang ups holding the job up, which is due to very easy and precise instructions that are included in the packaging. Once assembled you can see and feel what others base such positive reviews on. The Zupapa Trampoline just feels a lot sturdier than most others I have been around. The quality of the trampoline gave me confidence that my children were using a very safe piece of equipment and any injuries would not result from poor manufacturing or faulty pieces. In short, once assembled this trampoline feels like a tank, SOLID. If someone asks what trampoline they should purchase, without hesitation I tell them Zupapa. The quality of this product made someone who was not quite sold on trampolines, always viewed them as dangerous, become someone who suggests other get one as a way to motivate their kids to get outside and have some old fashioned fun instead of playing video games inside on the couch, Fast forward to the Winter of 17/18. Northeast US got snow storm after snow storm. Prior to the season I did not remove the protective netting (which I will be doing next winter) and during a few windy Nor'easters three of the poles holding the netting bent. This should not be a reflection on the hardware, I am talking about sustained 60 mile an hour winds during an especially hairy storm which brought down massive oak trees and reached havoc for a few days. After the clean-up I pulled out the trampoline manual in hopes of finding some contact info to inquire about replacement parts. I came across an email address, [email protected]. This email is the key and is where I met Eda. Within hours of sending an email to the address above Eda responded. Eda and I corresponded back and forth until she was perfectly clear on what parts were damaged and how many I would need to replace those holding up the protective netting. At this point my Family and I left town for a few days on a quick get away, no joke, all the while thinking that upon my return I need to finalize everything with Eda so I can get the trampoline fixed as the Seasons are finally changing and the kids are itching to get out after a long winter. Well to my surprise, on our return there is a big box at my house from Max Lead and inside are all the parts I need to repair the Trampoline as well as extras! No cost for the parts, no cost for the shipping...Eda just got the job done. We had our first real "Spring" day this past Saturday and I quickly replaced the bent poles and cleaned up the trampoline, a few minutes later the kids were doing flips and twists for the rest of the afternoon. If you are on the fence as to what type of trampoline to purchase and the Zupapa falls into your price range, don't hesitate and just get this one. There is absolutely no way you will be disappointed and now that I know how amazing their customer support is it adds so much more confidence in my choice of product. Thanks to Zupapa for the great product, Thanks Max Lead for great customer service and prompt service but most of all thanks you Eda for the great job you did...your efforts are greatly appreciated. Guess whats happening today, yep, were getting six more inches of snow.

Love Highly Recommend
I was looking for a good size trampoline that has fun features and would last.We went with the 15ft and it came in 3 boxes. When we unboxed this trampoline the first thing we noticed is it is packaged very good and the instructions are great! The way it is built it is hard to put together incorrectly. We put it together and have loved it. I highly recommend this trampoline and if you do have problems the service team is absolutely wonderful and are willing to help.I faced a minor problem and fixed it but then reached out to the seller and they gave me the piece of mind and a solution that was great. This trampoline has a great warranty on it, it is one of the reasons we went with it but I can tell you we are completely satisfied and get to enjoy the trampoline with all 3 of us shooting hoops. We feel it is very safe for kids and adults and the highest basketball hoop poses a challenge for adults lol. Best part is you don't have to worry about being pinched on the springs because not only does it have a cover attached to the jumping mat it has padding that goes under neath that cover and is securely fastened. The safely net is also very secure, same with the ladder and slide. It comes with some stakes to make it windproof which is very useful. It is a great sturdy trampoline and is well worth it in my opinion.I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
