I like this product because: 1. It has coffee shop quality 2. Far cheaper than buying cappuccino machine 3. Unsweetened so i can control the amount of sugar 4. After having a long course of medication I “ went off “strong coffee, but eventually changed to cappuccino sachets. I have not drunk anything else since I discovered the smooth, creamy sachets, easy to use, and with the added bonus for me of being unsweetened. When I put the sachets into the mug I always stir the contents with a small amount of milk first before pouring the boiling water in. This makes the coffee even more creamy and quite filling. I am very impressed.
