I purchased this water fountain for my newest shelter cat, because she would only drink water from a running tap. I did some research, and this fountain was highly recommended. Now after using it for months, I can recommend it too! Very easy to clean, holds a lot of water, and easy to assemble. Replacing the filters is super simple. Is it quiet? The only sound you'll hear, if you listen closely, is the water trickling gently. There is no sound at all from the pump. I love it, and so does my cat.

I bought this to replace a popular name brand cat fountain that felt like more of a chore than anything. My last fountain was flimsy, anytime I'd pick it up to clean I would drop so much water, it was incredibly difficult to clean, but my cats like the running water more. A family member recommended this product, said it was easier to clean and that it was a better fit for them. I decided to give it a try - they were not kidding! 1. It's super easy to clean and even comes with the small brush for the small areas. I didn't have to buy it separately! I feel confident my cats are drinking fresh water because the taking down process is much simpler. It's not a million tiny pieces building bacteria in places you didn't know existed.2. It's sturdy, I can pick this up and clean it without spilling because the sides are firm. I love this so much. My cats are happy still, I'm having an easier time. It's also much quieter which is a plus.I think the warranty is a great thing, and it came with extra filters. For the price, 100% worth it. Also, cute color options! So happy I made the switch!!

I really like this fountain. It comes with good instructions, it’s easy to put together, comes with extra filters and sponges, and the flow of the water is not upsetting to my cats. I only ranked it 4, though, because I miss not having a viewing window to see what the water level is. If I had to order another, I would skip the pretty color and go for the viewing window so that I could keep an eye on the water level. My cats old fountain, I replaced because of the quiet and adjustable water flow, but it did have a viewing window. My cats really like the water flow on this one and even my skitzy cat drinks out of it.

With three dogs accessing the water, the fountain empties by the end of the day, necessitating frequent refills to ensure a constant water supply. This issue underscores a mismatch between the fountain’s design and the practical needs of multiple pets.Moreover, cleaning the fountain presents its own set of challenges. The pump’s design, specifically its attachment to the cord, makes it difficult to clean thoroughly.
