I really love this coconut oil. It is of high quality and the flavor is delicious (not sure what the other reviewer was talking about when saying it had a bad aftertaste...). I've been using this for years now. I use it in smoothies, to cook with, and even on skin. I've tried many other brands in the paste but this one is far superior.

So far we're loving this. We use coconut oil for all kinds of things, but mostly in green smoothies and for messages/skin care. It will get rid of skin problems, dry skin, etc. It starts working overnight, and may take a few days of repeated use to clear up skin issues. It's so important to use organic RAW coconut oil. The raw makes all the difference.This oil came in a glass jar, which is important--no toxins to leach into the oil, like with plastic jars. It also had a sweet smell, which is good. It's not uncommon to get coconut oil that has "gone over". We keep ours in a fridge if we think a jar will last us a long time. But it usually doesn't.I haven't tried it in smoothies yet. If it's not good in the smoothies, I will update this review. But I suspect it will be fine--I did a tiny taste test, and it seemed fine to me. So far, very pleased.
